I see they have the wording as, "financial transaction", I wonder what qualifies?
Transfers between your own accounts, prepaid electricity and airtime?

I think the rule there is ... it should not be any linked accounts. (But I could we wrong).

I did not get the points for: Have an FNB or RMB Private Bank Investment Account (excluding an Equity Trading Account) and maintain a minimum monthly balance of: R50000 1000 points
My Tax free savings account, Global account and 32 day Flexi account balance totalled more than R50000.

Also did not get points for: Have at least six monthly debit orders on your RMB Private Bank Cheque Account
I have 5 external dt orders and 3 internal ones. In the past I got the points for the exact same dt orders.

I managed to reach L5 anyhow, but will query above as I will struggle to maintain L5 in future without those points.
 
Damn Wesbank allocations are still not in. Apparently they are still waiting for Wesbank to send through the info for some accounts
I need those 500 points to get me to RL5 :mad:
 
Trying to help sort out a mess up for someone i know. Her credit card is a gold credit card but online banking and statement say 'classic credit card'. . Does this sound normal or is something amiss?

eBucks website also said she didn't qualify for eBucks in July as less than R500 spent which is definitely incorrect.

edit: So get this, her physical card was a gold card but the credit account was indeed a classic account. What BS is this? They are busy fixing it but freaking hell, why dupe the customer like that?

Hmm I had to complain to them yesterday about the Wesbank stuff being missing as well as the "Spend a R1000 online" haven't heard a word since.

It's the difference between RL3 and RL4 for me, otherwise I would have just left it.

Need to be in one account not multiple accounts, at least that was the response when I did the same query.
