You have got to be kidding me. 500 points short due to another error?

Had no cash withdrawals and have 3 additional products (petro, savings pocket, and additional card). If either of them were accurately read I'd be on 5

They have conveniently also left out 2000 points for me, which would of pushed me to level 5. Dispute has been lodged. They atleast admitted the error. Told me they will have to correct it manually. Could take up to two weeks.

BUT did you do Cash@till atleast once?

Nope. But the rule should allocate the full points as it has since for months, no cash withdrawals of any type has always given full points. I haven't drawn 1000 or less, and I also haven't drawn <1000 and used C@T.

I've only swiped my card, where C@T is not a condition, but rather seems to be "you don't have to draw, but if you do draw any cash it has to be at till" instead of "you gotta draw something with C@T for points"

Oh cr#p, just saw mine too. Did cash @ till only, but still got 1000 points and not 4000.

I'm 500 points short of reaching Level 5.

Have additional products i.e additional Card, Linked Petro Cards, Smart Device, Savings Pocket with Bank Your Change and a minimum of R500

I currently get 1000 points from here for Smart device and Savings pocket. How much points would an additional card get me and what are the costs associated with such a card?

Additional card likely another 500, don't think there are many costs, likely only delivery costs but shouldn't be too much.

Its becoming difficult to get cash from the till. The checkers i go to never has anything more than a R200 in their till and i have to wait 15min whilst they arrange 1k

It's a pain. I took the knock and went to an ATM this month, so lost 1.5k in reward points. I have a buffer, so provided I follow the rest of the rules I will still be RL5.

edit: Wait, so now what is my billing cycle for cash withdrawals?? My cheque statement is dated the 27th or 28th. Credit card statement is dated the 5th.

I withdrew cash from ATM on the 2nd of this month.

Has anyone managed to get their scores corrected within the same calender month? Call centre is only able to override the level for one day for purchases while full corrections supposedly take until the next month, but I'm more concerned about the lost eBucks from monthly expenses

So, I need to get this fixed within the month. Who to contact?

In the same boat as you. On Private Clients so asked my banker to sorted it out. Will give him till Friday before I escalate it. I'm missing eBucks for fuel, Shoprite and all other swipes for October and November.

Same with me, have logged so many queries and they still can't get it fixed in the same month.

Looks like we are all sorted. But only on L3..it says I can earn points by registering for incontact but Im sure we are registered already and that will push our RL to 4. If I don't draw money anywhere this month, we will be on L5. Will transfer cash I need to draw to my savings and use that card to draw lol. December is going to be a good ebucks month :D

Don't think it matters when your account statements are generated as Ebucks Rewards are calculated on a calendar month.

Got a call from a chick from eBucks saying I will get a sms confirming the correction and my rewards level will be fixed.
Received this sms just now: "Good day Mr xxxxx please visit FNB Centurion Branch with your id book and proof of residential address in your name not older than 3 months for your account op"
And that is it, just stops. And my rewards level still not fixed.

and they'll probably deduct points because you visited a branch

No way I'm going into the branch, or any branch. Accounts are FICA'd already so they can *$&%$ themselves.
Not getting my normal points so not going to give them another reason to take away some more.
