Exactly same problem for me too No points allocated for Credit card spending between 10-90%.I was lucky that I got home loan approved this month and got 3000 points for that otherwise should have slipped to level 4.
It seems no one is going to get International shopping points unless otherwise physically present abroad and all this transactions will be counted as just online purchase otherwise with a limit of R5000 ,over that amount whatever you spend will be treated as credit card spending with 2% earning .So its basically R5000 spending limit and eBucks 2000 earning limit a month on whatever you do online.
Also last months problems still not addressed for me as well .Very irritating FNB
 
Also didn't get "use your credit card to shop online" points. But that won't help me because it's 1000 points and I need 1500 to get to the next level.

Ok I received my ebucks and seems i am on level 5 looking at how much ebucks I got.

The ebucks site says I do not qualify for ebucks :P
 
I see platinum clients get the extra benefit of having their eBucks updated on time :p
Gold still shows last month's RL , and my balance of eB2 :)
 
Earned eB16,000 for November spend on Private Wealth Level 4, largely because I used my credit card for business expenses internationally. I'd earn more on Platinum or Private Clients Level 5, but I'll be on Level 5 PW in one or two months time and then I'd earn at least eB21,000 every month.
 
Lol, account is a complete mess- have emailed them so long. Apparently, we qualify for nothing. :D

Same here, finally, "You have qualified for 100% on your first Uncapped ADSL purchase, based on your Cheque Account reward level. Any subsequent purchases will be at the normal price."

Was still incorrect when I checked early this morning.
 
Hoping they add another 15% partner like *Pick 'n Pay* etc.
UCount, imo not as decent as eBucks, has a far wider variety of partners where one can earn *large* rewards.

Please note that your December eBucks allocation will reflect between the 8th and 10th December 2014. - Still nothing as yet! Made way too many purchased. Hopefully it is 1% with the eBucks card

not to be a spoiled sport, but to me it looks like the model is already causing FNB to take strain (and by that I mean too much eB getting paid out for their liking), hence the big changes this year... in which case, the only changes we're gonna see in 2015 are ones that make people earn less eB.

Am I the only person who is unable to get any info from the FNBConnect site? Keeps giving me an internal timeout error when trying to check discounts..
