Does anyone know if depositing cash at the ATM negatively affects eBucks in any way?
Hmm transfer some money to ewallet . Don't need card to withdraw
Check rules for single facilityHow does having a One Account effect eBucks?
I asked the home loan consultant and he couldn't tell me, as he only deals with the home loan. But I know one the rules to get points normally is use 5-90% of your overdraft. Fine if the overdraft is R10,000 - but they merge with a One account doesn't your overdraft become the house value?
Just a clarification ." The new rule says if you spend 100% of your total on your credit card " you can earn 4000 points
At the moment I use credit card for everything except debit orders prepaid airtime and electricity which is bought from cheque account.
What you guys think is it still fine since I'm not using cheque card rather the acc ?Will I still earn max 4000 points?
AWESOME! my time on RL5 is guaranteed for another 18mths!
I have trust issues... so i emailed ebucks about smart devices and points.. and
"Good day Mr. fruitbat,
Kindly be advised that you will continue to collect 1000 reward level points, until your contract expires.
Regards,
YYYYYYY NNNNNN"
That's fukkin stupid. I sent eBuck/FNB a query...they better fix it -.-
Please be advised that purchases which were processed on the 1st July 2015 will affect the 100% of your total monthly spend is on your FNB Gold Credit Card.
Please note that we do not have control as to when(date)the merchants process their banking.
Home Loan point slam:
"Have an active* FNB Home Loan, One Account or Single Facility with a minimum outstanding balance of R100 000, an FNB debit
order or salary stop order set up on the account and no manual prepaid withdrawals in the last month"
eBucks said: "Please be advised you are right you are not allowed to withdraw funds from your Flexi Homeloan, if you do you will not eligable for the reward level points."
Since the next two rules depend on the first one, every time you take money out of the loan to, for example, fix something in the house, you lose all those points for that month. I used to have 26K points, now it looks like it will float between 17.5K and 21K. Narrow window and a nasty level drop that I will somehow have to avoid. Not impossible, but this isn't as much fun as it was the last few months.

Some feedback I got from FNB homeloans.
If you put money in your bond, and take it out again (if the facility is a flexi bond), that doesn't break the rule.
If you want additional funds where FNB is involved and they need to AUTH something, that is what that "manual prepaid withdraws" comes in.
Thanks, hoping for that. Will find out what the automatic system does at some point by trying it anyway.
Here you go:
"Use FNB's Vehicle Finance or WesBank Products****
Have an active* FNB Vehicle Finance or WesBank Account which you have paid on time over the last 12 months from an FNB account, update your contact details at least once in a 12-month period via WesBank Online and allow WesBank to communicate with you by giving them consent to market to you = 1 000
Log in to WesBank Online at least once a month = 1 000"
