Still no ebucks showing up for me :(

1) No, it means a positive balance throughout the month of at-least R10k.

2) Not sure about the technicalities of that.
 
Sheesh... you guys need to chill. Just relax and wait for it to arrive. Better to wait a bit now than to have them arrive, be incorrect, have to log calls to get it investigated, fixed and then only paid out 2 weeks later.

I agree! Everyone here needs to chill. Be happy that we getting ebucks for free in the first place. What if they get to many complaints and then no ebucks rewards in future...

My guess would be that the delay has nothing to do with the long weekend.

My guess is that they ran part of the batch processing jobs, and picked up a whole bunch of problems to do with the new rules (as mentioned in this thread). They then stopped the batch processing until the problems are sorted out. When they have fixed the batch processing job, they will rerun it.

No [updated] testing environment? Let me guess... live is also the development rollout :rolleyes:

Then it is time to review which bank I use. eBucks is not a privilege, I pay for it through the many products I have.

Life is too short for test cycles!

Prod = QA + UAT

FNB should gradually introduce a new rule. And gradually phase out an old rule. That way less customers will get upset. People will be able to decide what hoop they are jumping through next without going from RL5 to RL1
