:-), yes quality golden nectar FTW! Have grown quite accustomed to approx. 3K of vouchers every month, so will dance to FNB tune, but expect them to maintain integrity on their calc's etc. That said, possibly burn max. 2 hours a month...

R3k or eb3k?

wow, how do you get 3K worth of vouchers each month ?

R3k or eb3k?

approx. 18K eB, so 18000*1.667 = R3000 makro vouchers (or any other 40% discount vendor)
change of behaviour, plus purchasing mostly at Checkers (fresh fruit/veggies at WW - Discovery Healthy Food Benefit), Fuel, Elec and paying bills online contribute majority.

Mine is quite a bit less ,because I mainly spend online :(

You only 0.6% after R7500 spend. Use to earn the card swipe rate after the R7500 spend.

Only got 10500 ,use to get around 17000.

Wow - awesome.

Managed to stay on level 5 with 18500 points. They didn;t allocate me my Wesbank points though so will have to give them a call to ensure they don't do the same next month

RL5, 18000 points (which I think is incorrect), an 7330 eBucks earned (R733).

Enough for a R1100 Makro voucher to add to the R4000 voucher I bought the other day.

My RL calc is still wrong :/

Doesn't have my bond or wesbank on there.

I seem to be missing about 1000eB on CC spend according to my calcs.. Just remind me... does it take your swipes in the calendar month or your own personal card cycle?

I did not get my eBucks for petrol spend/transport.
Rather sloppy from their side to do things this way. They should have made the change next month if they were not ready.

I think that with the old rules of the Smart Device you get 1000 points which does NOT show under the calculator as it's the new rules.
Anybody else figure this too?

Had a look at my points this morning. Not only are my point wrong, but my actual earn is also not right.

Called the call center, and they said they will rectify.

Getting quite agitated with the fact that I need to keep calling them, so that they can rectify the mistakes they make. :/

Anyway, I also noted the change in rules, some of it seems quite crazy, ie: "Have an FNB Channel Islands Current Account and maintain a minimum monthly balance of £5 000" lol

How did you have to explain it to them? Did you just say "oi, there's stuff missing" or did you have to send proof/your own calcs etc. ?

I inquired specifically on the points side. Told them to check my overdraft, online spend etc. They then said they could see I should have earned, and will investigate with a 48h turn around time.

In terms of the actual earn, I hope the balance will come through in the next few days...

No. Online shopping has a certain cap (different for each card). Thereafter you earn at your swipes earn rate. What I see under earn at the moment for swipes, does not take into account the excess from online.

No boet.. that rule has changed.. it's no longer at swipe value but at 0.6%
