finally got my ebucks too but half my fuel purchases were not credited even though they show on my statement![]()
Using the code won't work! Your first trip is a paying trip thereafter about a month or roughly a week afterwards they include your free trip. Friendly advice
Ok ... I found out via FNB what am I missing here.
Each and every account should have an email address specified.
I have a flexi account and share saver, where no email was specified, that is why I didn't get those 1000 points
Well its funny that you dont have it on by default. If I can give any FNB customers advice with multiple accounts (especially investments), ask your personal banker (if you are platinum or higher), to double check that EACH account has a emailed specified.
If you don't have a personal bankier, just update every account via FNB's website with an email address. That is 1000 eb points

Whenever I sign up for a new account, it automatically fills in the email address for me. So never had this issue.
Main difference is that the wait for virtual is barely 20 minutes. But physical will take a few days to be delivered. Is it better to buy virtual or physical Makro vouchers. If one is better than the other please explain.

This becomes tricky when there's a fuel price hikeMy banker replied why I didn't get ebucks for the fuel on the 31st. The money went off my account on the 31st but the petrol station only "banked" it on the 1st. So ... Avoid filling up on the last day of the month.
Moved down to LVL 3 from LVL5 - platinum
Can anyone advise how I get max points for the following:
Between 25% and 100% of your total monthly spend is on your FNB Platinum Credit Card - 4000 pts.
- I only got 2000 pts. I'm *relatively* sure I didn't spend anything on my cheque card other than debit orders? How do I get 100%?
Rules are below:
• Between 75% and 99.9% of your total monthly spend is on your Platinum Credit Card - 2000
• 100% of your total monthly spend is on your Platinum Credit Card - 4000
* Total monthly spend = FNB Platinum Credit Card spend + FNB Platinum Cheque Card spend; excludes EFTs, Cash@Till™ and transfers.
-------
Can someone please explain this to me? I've gone through my spend for July and I don't see how i've used my Cheque card if they say EFT's / Cash@Till don't count. Surely anything FNB app related = EFT and any inter account transfer between FNB > any bank = EFT?
I'm confused.
Thanks.
Had a look at my points this morning. Not only are my point wrong, but my actual earn is also not right.
Called the call center, and they said they will rectify.
Getting quite agitated with the fact that I need to keep calling them, so that they can rectify the mistakes they make. :/
Anyway, I also noted the change in rules, some of it seems quite crazy, ie: "Have an FNB Channel Islands Current Account and maintain a minimum monthly balance of £5 000" lol
/grumpy
Banker confirmed my correct level is 4. No points allocated for bond (possible 5000) because they don't know about my insurance. Hopefully that gets rectified rather swiftly. And backdated.
