Can't believe the ebucks are in on a weekend !
Luckily you can buy them on the fnb app now.So lets assume the makro vouchers will either be missing, or if you buy them , they wont arrive today![]()

Got 20k dunno how to get it any higher. I spent a ton more than last month. Got 18k last month

Got my ebucks in and finally went to level 5 with 18k points, but it still shows level 4 from last month. I'm assuming that the level change will update soon?

Jip. Just give it a few days.
Well done on RL5
Yup, mine usually changes on the 8th of the month.
For me it seems like they ignored about 1.3k of Checkers purchases on 29 Nov and 1.1k Fuel bought on 29 and 30 Nov even though my emailed statement reflects those dates.
Now I have to query it in case they were not recognised as Fuel and Checkers purchases at all. I'd prefer them to reflect for November but we know how that fight goes if they say it's going to reflect in December only :/
When will the day come where they tell us exactly what was counted in their calculations and we don't have to work it all out for ourselves?
How long did it take (if you can remember) to get your new credit cards? Did the online purchases definitely not work during the transition phase?Turns out it's as simple as sending an email and saying yes when they call you. Sent a mail this morning and this afternoon received the welcome email/SMS.
Apparently getting the new CC to you takes a while and you can't do online purchases from the time of upgrading until you receive your new card. Hence me doing it now so it's all sorted for next month.
Yeah, the transactions I speak of took a few days to go from a pending status to actually appearing in detail in Online Banking and part of the issue was probably that 29 Nov was a Sunday and FNB credit cards / systems were down at times over that weekend (Canal Walk to be specific).I filled up on the last day of the month a few months ago. Got the sms etc but it was rolled over to the next month. Their explanation was that the petrol station only "banked" it the next day.
