How do the Makro virtual vouchers work?

Do I just give them the voucher code when I'm paying for my items?

Yes this is something new .

If you are on lvl5 you will only be to buy R6000 of goods at 40% off on the ebucks store ,after that no discount will be applied.

Surely with the new new new rule with the cap being 24k ebucks, then the R6k drops to R4k in voucher value per month @ max discount?

Please read my post.

You can buy up to R6000 worth of vouchers with discount each month.
At level 5, that will cost you 36000 ebucks.
At level 1 (10%) that will cost you 54000 ebucks.

On another note.

I'm still not getting points for the first two items on the calculator.

The inContact and email statements.

I've gone over every damn tab and checked every box...but they still show not being counted.

Any ideas or something silly I am missing.

Hi Sinbad, i saw that... I'm not trying to be difficult... these numbers dont tie up in my head. It could be a new rule change? They mention 24k ebucks / R2400 @ RL5. That doesn't match up to the 36k ebucks that you mention. So what does the 24k ebucks @ RL5 mean?

The maximum DISCOUNT you can earn on vouchers in a month is 24000eB or R2400, on level 5.

So if you use 36 000 eBucks you can buy a R6000 Makro voucher. That means the Max discount is R2400. 40% of R6000 = R2400

Hope this helps you understand better :)

Has anyone stacked the Incredible Vouchers before? I see they limit you to R1000.

to be precise, you can buy a R5000 voucher and a R1000 voucher. Max R5000 per day. :D

Looks to me more like stock flow control. The demand sometimes too high, and they run out of their monthly stock-up. They then went ahead and masked this small problem in a very cryptic way on the website. Pretty much to make sure that more customers can buy, instead of a handfull raping it all in one go.

So the 24000 = the discount amount... the other side of the equation. I was thinking about it from the payment, not from the saving.

Sorry for my slowness.... i Blame sick kids and myself all weekend...

Thank you and Sinbad and others for your patience

I've been able to buy over R5,000 twice in the last 2 months.
They don't seem to be holding strictly to those limits at the moment

has anybody else had extremely slow Ebucks / My rewards pages the last few days?

I normally access my ebucks reward level etc via my FNB online banking, but it seems broken - given either errors or just a "Service unavailable" message.

Received on email:
Dear Valued Customer

We are pleased to announce that on the 14th of February we will be releasing a unified look for our Digital Banking platforms including fnb.co.za and the FNB App for smartphones and tablets.

Once you login, you will find everything in the same place.

I laughed at their email.

"Remember, always type in www.fnb.co.za into your browser. We will never ask you to log in from an email or SMS, or ask for your username and password over the phone or in our branches.

Visit www.fnb.co.za for more information."

Haha no reason to be sorry...It takes a degree is "codebreaking" to understand all the stuff eBucks throw to us. But luckily we have each other to understand all their crazy rules.
