Long story shortt, my company has a large volume of EU, UK clients and will be moving into US markets soon. We have support teams who call 300-400 clients daily from South Africa . We've been using Skype for business till now but it's not scaling well as our footprint abroad grows. Skype for business also doesn't offer most TMS functions you need to do quality control, performance review and record calls for legal purposes.
We've been struggling to find a provider, and so far we've approached Euphoria, but their Solution from abroad calling does not allow for any outbound calls to be made, only to receive calls - which is pretty much useless for us.
Any suggestions for a solution that can call abroad and ideally, also locally so we can unify our telephony tech-stack?
