If you're hot... getting chicks is easy and requires little effort, if you're not... Make a lot of money, women normally find power/money way more attractive than actual looks, personality, mental stability, or indeed men. :D

May sound cliché, but it's not about how you look and how much money you have, but how you present yourself. Doing the basics like being neat and tidy, dressing well and smelling nice works wonders.
