I have had enough I unfortunately need to work this weekend installing an exchange and sequel server and cutting over approx 80 users, but I will make a point of getting to your offices to return the modem. The service currently sucks horribly I cannot compare you to any one else at the moment as I have not dealt with sentech in great depth!
Downloading every online game I can find and anything else of use then going to host and get a connection manager to keep it going, hopefully this will get your attention and a response to my problems
