Looking back at 2011 it`s been a fantastic year of support from Keoma at OpenWeb... which is much appreciated by all your clients.

I want to take this opportunity to wish Keoma, his staff and their loved ones Happy Holidays and a very prosperous New Year.

I agree Grand Past Master, other than the two instances of websites not loading with my VB account, it's been superb otherwise and couldn't have asked for better service.

Thanks a lot Keoma for all the hard work, dedication, prompt replies to emails and switching of networks whenever we have problems.

I wish you, your staff and their loved ones happy holidays and a very prosperous new year.

Thank you for a superb product (the best IMO, actually) and the best support of all ISPs. Been with a few and OpenWeb is second to none.

Have to echo the thoughts of the other posters. The support and service offered by Keoma, who is obviously superbly passionate about his business, simply cannot be beaten.

Thanks for the effort you put in Keoma. Sure we bitch and complain with relatively little praises being sung, but we appreciate it.
 
I had a go at Openweb, was very much disenchanted with the actual account, but certainly Keoma impressed the hell out of me with the dedication and late night e-mails to sort out my issues.

I suspect the gold accounts are just stellar, but I can't afford it!
 
Gold on my 384 line is brilliant, works 99.9% of the time and when I have niggles MrBEEP has sorted me out swiftly. Hope you are getting some rest over the festive season ... but not too much incase we have niggles, chuckle.

Thanx Keoma! Love openweb, been with them for just over a year. 1Mbps Gold uncapped is the way to go!
