to password a drive

hi guys i need a bit of assistance.... i have an external hard drive that i have connected to my pc .... i have 2 other people using the same pc but on limited accounts they dont have admin priviledges but i noticed that they are still able to access the external harddrive which is drive E .. i need to know if there is a programme or a way as to which i can use to block access to the external harddrive and also even if im logged in as admin i still dont want it accessible .. but prefer even as admin to log into the external harddrive ..

Encryption is certainly safer than a password and sometimes easier to set up (anybody who has used FolderLock will get what I mean)

I think you can set the limited accounts to not see external drives in local group policies.
