Has anybody recently moved their line from Telkom to another isp via the email [email protected]

I tried to phone 10210, but was told i have to use that email to have them move me into the wholesale holding pool. I couldnt have it done over the phone, and this department has no contact details

I have a bad feeling about this, ie i either get no feedback or they going to do a Telkom and cancel my line

...lol...they going to cut your line...that is how they roll...lol :D

Just kidding...someone will get back to you...as to the when...took them close to month to get back to me , re: reinstating my 25% line discount. Which was actioned immediately , once I was granted the opportunity to speak to a human:). They are going to offer you a discount on your line, so that you stay with them...failing that, guess, they will explain the process...good luck!

lol, you obviously havent read my other posts hey on Crystal Web and Afrihost threads. MY LINE WAS ACTUALLY CUT, and im not even joking pal lol *sigh* :cry:
