What can we expect?

The announcement of a budget deficit is one that sticks out for me. I'm not one in favour of debt, and the thought of one to the tune of 2% of GDP does not sit well with me. However, it is needed, becuase if goverment spending was to decrease, a lot of sectors, like ICT would have a tough time surviving.

So bring on the debt.

An increase for smokes & booze

I'm interested to hear how much more money will be allocated to the stadiums for 2010 ? Or the public upgrades systems ?
