Anyone here that eats it? Where do you buy it and how do you incorporate it into your cooking ?

I am a bit wary, not too fond of soya.

I tried it recently. Wasn't to bad But it's not something I'd eat daily lol

You don't shop at the right places then. Any health food shop (including Woolies) should have it.

I only shop at woolies and do not have a sweet tooth.

Vegan people also love tofu. You can even make scramble eggs out of it. I love tofu
