Fantastic article. I am a bit miffed that TUKS is behind UCT on this listing. I believe it might have something to do with how they structure open web accessability on campus. TUKS, shake your booties boys and girls! Whoever does online policy at TUKS needs to catch a wakeup TODAY!
 
African universities? aren't we in South Africa?
 
Take note Wits... you are the bottom of the heap when compared with the rest of your peers. But I don't suppose thats going to make any difference to their archaic, anti-academia policies.
