I bought one and with in the first 2 weeks, I had problems with this device. I charged it for 2-3 hours when it was flat, and it gave me a total of 10 mins of running without power before it died! Then the next day I charged it again, but after charging, I could get the device to switch on at all. Struggle for 2 days of charging and trying to switch it on. As I took the device back to Makro, I heard a sound from the device. It switched on on its own! Luckly the sales lady saw that as well and luckly the device also was running its operating system and you could see the black screen with lunix or what ever running and booting the device. Had to wait for about 30 mins in order to get my money back seeing that there was paper work and they first had to phone TomTom as well. My 4 year old garmin has never given any problem like this and Im sorry but I dont think Ill look at TomTom again very soon. For that type of money I expected more. Also the fact that I have to buy into te Live part of it again after a year for R500 is also not that cool
