Where does one complain to complain about Icasa? It's that age old question: who police the police?

WebAfrica and DOTCO have had no feedback other than a reference about our Section 53 complaint to Icasa. The complaint was made on 13 October 2005 and I'm given to believe that complaints should be resolved within 2 weeks from lodging.

Another thread hinted they are on 2 month holiday ? LoL I think they are first formulating a plan of action between GVT, TELKOM and SNO to appease the whiners with no budging of the current status quo ???

ICASA don't exist any more. You haven't complained to ECASA and they need about 6 months at least to find what they are expected to do.

Well in that case and seeing that we have no Telecoms police in South Africa , my emails will be directed to the minister of communications herself. If her department fails to address them, I will then email the president directly, informing him of how incompetent his subordinates are.
