Too soon junior (Contains VTEC Yo)

You can't buy all of these new, but just off the top of my head:

Toyota GT86
Mazda MX5 (s******)
Mazda RX8
BMW Z4
Merc SLK
Audi TT (Quattro)

I'm sure I've missed a few.

Nope, that'll be mid-engined, four wheel drive and cost MUCH more (though I desperately want one).

Only the 2016 NSX is 4WD, the early 2000's (year) are RWD.

There is (was?) an S2k for sale a short sprint from my house. This thread makes me wish I could afford it :(

Think I spotted you the other day on Witkoppen :)

Toyota Supra - though not officially sold in SA and a bit older than the S2000.
Nissan Skyline GT-R - again not officially sold in SA with some overlaps in years with the S2000.

Congrats Stranger.

Nothing wrong with V-Tec engines. For engines that run backwards they are pretty good :p

I also think I spotted this car on witkoppen one morning.

Could've been for sure, though I know there is an S2000 in the identical colour that lives around those parts, only difference is he has the AP2V3 wheels while I have AP2V1.

Both of those are on the my to-own list. A 1,000hp+ Supra/R34 GT-R would make me a very happy man indeed.

Congrats Stranger.

Dankie :) Also FTFY to improve accuracy. ;)

Which house are you using? I want to get my GQV detailed but can't find any recommended ones. If they do Ferraris, well then I have a really poor man's Ferrari, so it'll do.

Still haven't got around to it, though I'll probably use CarSpa. That being said I spent 6 hours yesterday detailing the S2000 myself, so it won't need to go to the professionals for a long while yet.

Used the following:

Wash - Meguiars Deep Crystal Car Wash
Rubbing compound - Meguiars Classic Rubbing Compound
Polish - Meguiars Classic Polish Compound
Wheels - Meguiars Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner
Windows - Meguiars Perfect Clairty Glass
Dash/Trim - Meguiars Ultimate Protectant
Leather - Meguiars Rich Leather Cleaner/Conditioner

Needless to say my arms and back are finished this morning. I didn't get a chance to take any pictures, will try tomorrow after a wipe down.
