My theory is that the guy's in denial, believes he's 100% straight but hooked up with a guy once. Now he's thinking back on those days after all's said and done and has decided to call in on that old "friend" again.

Which means he went into a marriage with someone without being honestly committed to it.

I would be precisely as judgemental whether this guy was black/white/orange/pink/blue/purple/gay/straight/asexual/transexual/hairy/smooth/fat/thin/American/Mexican/Canadian/Swedish/alien/drunk/sober/happy/sad/wet/dry/whatever.
