Getting left further behind every minute of every day.

I think that services like IPTV, webradio and wide use of internet become the norm when there are no caps and no limits to the use of internet, ADSL affordable for people who are on basic wages.
I was surprised to see Russia in the Top 10. My in-law's live in the middle of nowhere in a village outside Russia's 2nd biggest city, Sint Petersburg, and even there they have uncapped low latency 4mb (because of distance to exchange) for less than R200 per month.
I was also surprised to see that Netherlands was not in the Top 10 because in NL just about every house, village and dog box has broadband.
