Top 10 global broadband countries

Where is India?

It is the country with the second largest population in the world, is seeing higher economic grwoth than other nations and is part of BRICSA.

I think it is disappointing and concerning that India is not part of the top 10.

Is there a good reason why it is not in the top 10?
 
These absolute numbers of connections in each country on its own don't tell you that much. Percentages of people connected are more relevant, as well as the speed and quality of their internet connections. Eg China has about 1.35 billion ,USA 400 million, Japan something like 90 or 100 million inhabitants, and so forth. Then it might end up, that Korea and countries like Singapore are the best connected.
