Swizzor is very old, and reasonably easy to remove- I last saw that back in the days of Win2k.
As for XPAntivirus I think it is more prevalent than what the article ranks it at. Many people here on MyBB including myself have fallen victim to it.
Viruses are also being spread inside of the latest Winzip installer package. That is how I've gotten repeatedly infected at work and at home.
