Top Gun Maverick

What an amazing movie! exactly what we need. good old fashioned cinematography and just the right amount of cheese.

Still did not happen. At the speeds required for takeoff, he would not have been able to breath at all. You struggle with breathing on a cars' roof at 120km/h. Turbulence would have had him flapping all around and against the plane as well. They are fooling people.

Remember this guy:

After spending nearly 22 minutes exposed to winds of more than 600 kilometres per hour and temperatures close to -17 °C, Captain Timothy Lancaster was treated and taken to a hospital alive. He made his recovery within weeks and returned to work after less than five months.

Heh?

I regularly ride with my visor wide open at speeds much higher.

I’ve also gone out on the wing of a plane at 160km/h and then jumped from it with no breathing issues.

I very much doubt you’ve been on a car’s roof at 120 though.

You also clearly have no idea what turbulence is.
