Top Wi-Fi trends for 2013

In laymans terms does this mean that I take out a Wi-Fi subscription that allows me Wi-Fi access around South Africa?
So I will be permenantly connected like BIS?
If yes, that is great. Wonder what it will cost?

Hmmm ... not sure I completely understand the infrastructure sitting beneath this WiFi trend they're describing here.
I know overseas there's Open WiFi hotspots all over the place but I've yet to see something like that in SA. We're just getting "free" wifi access here and there but even then you still need a passoword etc. It's not like you're actually able to roam on them...
