Topping Up LTE Data

I went to topup data for my LTE package - I clicked on the Telkom website to purchase 10GB package - answer comes back I do not have sufficient funds in my account to top up??? So how does one top up LTE smart data? Desperate to top up - have online classes needing to be done

You can buy them online using your card or if you are prepaid recharge with the amount first then buy the bundle.
