If you don't get through, just try again. I had no probs getting through to them, takes a while but eventually you will get through. Why make it out worst than it is? Anyone ever tried to call mweb? The last time I did I was on hold for over an hour! With toptv, I'm on hold for 20mins max. Got through to them 5 times already!
