Rather take a look at usenet (news servers).... less effort.
Mweb doesn't like the torrent to http services as this bypasses their shaping policies.

As far as I know Downstorm and Zbigz are your only options. Zbigz has a limited free service that might be ok for you because your speeds on a 1mb connection can't go over 100KB/s anyway.

Mweb won't look your way as long as you don't download large amounts of data over a secure connection.

• You may not restrict, inhibit or interfere with the ability of any person to access, use or enjoy the Internet or the any services, or create an unusually large burden on our network, including, without limitation, continuously uploading or downloading streaming video or audio; continuous FTP uploading or downloading, or otherwise generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information, or to use the services in an abusive manner in connection with any unlimited packages, options or promotions.

Torrent to http is fine man. Normal torrent speeds are appalling. And unless you're downloading all day and night you can do whatever you want. Rule no. 1 is no https or VPN's. Rule no. 2 is don't download constantly during working hours. That's it - follow them and you'll never hear from Mweb.

If you aren't dling alot I don't see why you would need this, just leave your downloads overnight

Lies, I've been with MWEB uncapped for almost 2weeks and only had 2days where torrents were at 2kbps during office hours. Other than that they have been fine using utorrent.

But if you all want to be clever then go ahead and use torrent boxes; will be here waiting for you to bitch about mweb sending you those warnings.

After 3.5TB over more than a year I think it's safe to say that they aren't bothered. Read the post of mine you quoted and notice how I don't break the only rules that could land a shaped uncapped user in trouble. And tone down the aggressiveness.

What speed is your account?
