hi guys
im with simplenet isp, a small local based isp that runs of the IS data network

recetly iv been having problems with torrents, im using azareus and if i downloading directly from another users it flies, sometimes even 80 kb/s
but my other torrents go at download under 10 kb/s speeds, i know that dependant on the seeders this wil influence the speed, but when i setup the torrent it usually shows that ther are lots(more than 100seeders)

so my question is it a IS problem?
and is ther anyway that i can verify seeders on a torrent file, any software that does that

80kB? I had over 200 seeders yesterday and downloaded at only 5kB! tried on 4mg and 384k line. all does the same

The problem is simply IS shape p2p heavy during business hours.

yip i noticed the shaping...
my torrents were flying ystday, since it was a biz holiday
