We experienced total downtime today using ECN's VOiP service due to Telkom crashing most the IPC and SAIX network to the 41.X.X.X range. Anybody else experience this?
We have hundreds of customers using the system so it was a nightmare. I'm looking at a few different options for redundancy now. Any suggestions? Must be tier 1 provider if possible.
