Nothing ever happened in terms of a grid collapse, if I wake with no power I would assume it's just that, until I learn there was a national grid collapse and the grid was jumpstarted while I was sleeping.It also doesn't mean "it was like nothing ever happened"...
It means there is grid instability and they're also suffering from an energy crisis - since 2008.Outages does not mean the grid is still down.
