Despite me having cancelled and not had a device I have been billed again for a full amount plus extra usage .......
WTF are you guys on ?
 
I wonder if you can charge a company with theft or fraud for pulling stunts like that?

Have sent the request for full reversal and refund.
Also now terminations will have to answer why they stuffed it up.

Yes you can. I will Give HUGO a chance before I go lay charges. Since I have cancelled the contract they do not have valid permission to deduct money from my account.

You can stop any debit orders from your bank's side, they will simply reverse any payments made. To notify your bank when you have discountinued a debit order service is usually a good rule of thumb, as this kind of thing happens quite often.
 
yes you can , but then you need to go and spend 3 or more hours at the bank etc etc at the time of the month that is prime time in the banks.
It is also only valid for that month.
You cannot "pre-stop" a debit order.

The problem was that even that it was confirmed that my contract was cancelled, that cancellation was not done on the debit order side of it.
