1. I want my refund and I want it NOW
2. I am still waiting for the CFO's contact information as promised.


How much more money do i need to waste on trying to get a simple refund done as well as access to information that should be publically available ?
So far about 16 cell phone calls averaging 3 to 8 rands each......

Yup reason I want the CFO's information... Their website was down again while I was trying to get his name.
If not Hugo is going to have some unwelcome attention. I have about reached the end of my patience.

Hi Anil.

I am writing to you to inform you of the incompetency that seems to be prevalent within your financial departments.
In late December, an amount was taken from my account after my contact with Neotel was terminated (mid November) due to Neotel not being able to fulfill their obligations.

Since then I have been battling to get this amount refunded with no joy whatsoever. I have had promises from the Neotel Representative on the public forums with screen prints showing that the refund has been authorised but that is as far as it has gone. This is over 20 days after it was reported.

Problems like this cause immense negativity for your company which I am sure you do not want.

I will not go into the various other problems that I have encountered with Neotel, but if you wish I will happily go into them. Needless to say all attempts at

escalating the problems have fallen on deaf ears with Neotel employees actively refusing to give me contacts names and numbers for me to escalate myself.


I really do not want to have to register a charge of theft and fraud against yourself as CFO of Neotel, but if I do not get a response that is the route I am going to follow as well as getting it publicised to the best of my ability.

Still no money in my account this morning. After being ASSURED yesterday that it would be in by today....

Words cannot describe how how I feel about this incompetent company.No reply to the mail yet either...

God help me, I'm going to cancel end of this month. I will instruct the bank to cancel debit order after the last payment to them otherwise I'll be in the same situation.
We should be contacting Carte Blanche Consumer.

The money was finally reflecting in my account yesterday ( 24th Jan )
22 days to do a refund.............................
 
22 days is not too shabby

I waited 8 months for hellkom to refund after my cables were stolen and I had overpaid for services not received.
