Tough decision for a 22" LCD

That's DHL for ya. :D

Flourescents are probably the worst type of lighting out there. But it's cheap and easier to use to it's the norm.
 
Yeah it's normal for DHL, I use them a lot. They are beyond incompetant... But hey... it beats declaring the monitors at full value lol. My ones were worth $40 each hahaha.
 
That's why I was starting to get worried after 6 weeks. $80 insurance for $900 worth of monitors teheee.

It actually took so long because they were battling to declare them as duty free (pc parts)....
 
Gotta take your chances sometimes. It's worth it. I have some rare auto parts in my garage which I just sent by USPS and prayed they arrived. Only thing worse than losing something in the mail is losing something rare.

So it's not much noticeably smaller than a full 22" and the vertical height is okay compared to the 1650X1050 2232?

You'd be the perfect person to answer my questions. :D Thanks

I'm coming from a plain 17" CRT at 1024X768, so the wideness is a bit of a shock to me already I'm expecting. :p

So for programming work is the extra resolution preferable to actual (mostly the vertical) size?

Hi Ekhaatvensters :), TBH I did notice the screens a a bit smaller - vertically, as you put it. I s'pose having two 21.5's sort makes that 'little' size variance liveable. In addition to the full HD, which the 2333sw doesn't have, a bonus.

I'd recommend the LG, I had my 2232 for a year and a half and I'm not missing it in any way....hmmm probably the gloss. On second thoughts not even the gloss as my screen used to reflect all and sundry (my screen faced a large window :o).
