Sign up with GoogleVery unhappy with this whole experience so far. After battling for weeks to arrange payment for cell c for my daughter to buy the 2 GB / month data plan without me present. She gets to a store and gets spun a different story by the store sales guy
She is 13 and attending school out of town, so getting to the store was tough, there she is told they don't have the 2GB stick stock, try sell her another plan and claim that her address is not covered by the service (although your web page says it is) and if she buys it anywhere else other than cell c store like theirs (aka game or whatever) at it does not work, there is no refund. So she left without buying it and it may be weeks till she has another opportunity to get to the store and buy it.
1) is the return policy really only if you buy it from a cell c store? Clearly the web site says differently, but without internet I how was she suppose to check?
2) Are you truly out of the 2GB internet prepaid package or was the store just trying to cross sell... I called a few hours later, to be told they have in stock, come into the store though and got hung up on.
Whatever the truth is, there is clearly some store conflict here and bad business practices. Cell C needs to be careful of having their name carried by these dealers!
