Tow bar bike rack

Hi

I just bought a Thule tow bar 2 bike rack non tiltable hang on.

The funny thing is it doesn't fit on my tow bar. It seems the ball is too big where the rack can't close properly. I can't seem to find any similar issues or answers. Any suggestions?

I've had a problem where the standard to hitch on a Landrace defender was larger than the after-factory tow hitch on a Corse bakkie...

Can the ball on the tow bar be replaced?

Not sure but you can replace the whole tow bar
