Any way we can get a map which shows where the iBurst towers are situated or even GPS co-ords of the towers?

I am sure that will make life a lot easier to know where the modems must point to.

Where are you located? I have a fairly good idea where many of the towers are. iBurst has refused many times to give out an official map.

6 days and no reply from anyone at iBurst, not even a simple answer to any of the e-mails sent either.
How about "we don't give out information like that", that would have been perfectly acceptable to me, but to not even bother answering an e-mail?

Phoned the "help desk" yesterday and whoever I spoke to did not even know what a tower was...... Seriously?
Come on iBurst, please get rid of the imbeciles who answer the phones.

But back to the tower issue.
From the coverage map on iBurst's website, I reckon the closet tower is about 5 or 6km from my place.
