By law they have to, they only share the actual tower structure not the rf works.

And CellC? Are they using vodacom's network? When I am using a cellc card, roaming is enabled...

Cell-c do have thier own infastructure in places but were they are lacking infrastructure they still are allowed to "piggy back" on Vodacoms network.

I still have to test virgin active in this area. Do you perhaps know what coding scheme for Edge they are using and If they have there own infrastructure?

I need to make a decision for my clients. The area is Ceres,Wolseley,Matroosberg and PA Hamlet.

Virgin use cell-c's infrastructure they do not have their own, with regards to those area's i really dont know wether they cover that area. Sorry
