I have to agree with Paul S and others. Rather consider the Hyundai i20 1.6, Kia Cerato 2.0 or Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0. Much better cars in my opinion and you get a lot more value for your money.
They may well be, however, it is interesting to see the way that the Koreans "wear' and what they look like when they are traded in after 5 years. With very few exceptions, VW and Toyota still look good inside with 150k on the clock...the Koreans tend to come in as battered heaps, with badly worn carpets and upholstery and plastic bits that look 15 years older than the car.
