Toyota Auris

Most cars are but Toyota's prices are insane but the resale is good I guess but there are a few decent cars for the money.

I probably sound like a broken record but check out the Kia Cerato or Chev Cruze.

I drive an Auris 1.6RS...'07 model....just added leather seats and a 17 inch mag. Any way overall I am happy with the vehicle. The positives is that if I drive decent I get ~740k's on a tank, but most of the time only ~680. The ride is comfortable. The downside is the plasticy dashboard. The noises are frustrating when the vehicle stands in the sun for some time.

I know it is a bit pricey atm, however I think it is a good buy.

Attending to the pedal when I do her service...which should be in two weeks time.

I heard steering wheels might be falling off these things. Might be bs, but was quite funny when i heard it.

They're all right I guess. Looks kinda strange and certainly overpriced but they're not bad.

I know when I bought my my RunX, people also said it was quite highly priced compared to the Polo's etc - but the one major ting included (which Polo's - for example - didn't have) was a 5yr / 90,000km service plan. If you added that, it was over priced as thought.

Auris has a service plan?

Boring, but reliable. Never had a problem with any toyota. Resale value is damn good as well.

WTF Toyota

My Auris is out of service plan and just forked out 2k for the service today. Like WTF Toyota....

According to the invoice R700 for labour. R1.3k for parts:sick:

ur gonna get screwed over with any car now i'm afraid..out of service plan = out of pocket...
