I'm doing downloads on International Newsgroups and currently I'm getting:

203KB/s and it's stable - but this only happens at nice quiet hours of the morning.

According to Bandwidth Meter Pro, my download speed peeked at 277.4 KB/s a few times (I haven't seen it do it myself)

Neotel - I really miss my online gaming! :(

It would be good if everyone can also remember to post the times that they did their tracerts, since the problem only seems to happen between 7:30pm and 10:30pm at maximum.

The slow speeds are 24/7 there network cant handle the extra useage end of.

Nope. My slow speeds are specifically between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. By slow speeds I mean high international latency. My bandwidth has increased from 100kbps/150kbps to now being at a minimum 400kbps, mostly higher (happy camper :D).

So, please post the time of your test also, regardless of whether yours is always slow/bad.
