Tracker Skytrax e-mail notification problem

Users of Tracker’s SkyTrax devices have been complaining that they are not receiving e-mail notifications as expected.

I love it, you are contracted in whether or not they provide the service you signed up for.
Contracts in SA are very one sided and I would like to see this fight in a court.
Others that come to mind are all cell companies, Telkom, etc.

To some extent I do understand them. Technical issues do arise so let's give them time to resolve the problems. It must just take a reasonable amount of time to fix and if not then they should allow people to cancel (which is what they did)

I have a Gmail account and Have not received my latest account from Tracker
