Tracking data usage on Neoflex?

Hi there,

I got Neoflex, I basically want to know how do I track my data usage?
I cannot track it through my pc because I have several devices connected through Wifi to the router.

Any ideas:confused:...

you can download a usage tracker like netlimiter or something, but if you want something from neotel you will have to wait......

come on allready neotel
 
currently i think the only way to track your data usage is to phone neotel and ask them to check it for you

Exactly what happens to me.:mad:

Will I be able to check how much of my bundle is left for the month?

You can call the Contact Centre (0800 333 636) to find out how much of your bundle you’ve used and how much is left over, for the month
 
Maybe calling the call centre every day/week to check is a good way of using those free on-net minutes !? (Only applicable to non Flex users)
 
I personally had a pretty good experience on thier contact centre and the guy I talked to seemed well informed

LOL when neotel say three months you should expect it to appear during a 1 to 3 year period

lol im new to this so then i called they told me u have 10GB then a week later they said u have 10GB and then i thoghu i still had 10GB and the bill was 4G and i was like WTF !!

Just looked at my Neoflex bill for this month where they say i have used just over 4gig which seems really strange since most of the time my people have no internet and whilst on ibust (up 95% of the time compared to neo's 5%) before they never went over 2 gig a month in a busy month.

Me thinks they had better solve this little hassle very quickly.
 
I don't understand why they can't cap me after 5gigs, I mean... if they can allocate you a certain cap usage, surely they I cut you off if you have reach your limit.

That would solve my problem.
 
I can't believe that after all this time Neotel STILL doesn't have a system to check your data usage on. I remember when they promised that system last year when I was considering signing up, I am so glad I stayed with ADSL. Pathetic
 
Hey all. Due to the fact that Neotel doesn't have a monitoring system in place for us to check our usage I made a program which does this for you.

I made it as I had a need for something like this (didn't feel like calling the help center every time). Does the trick for me and I wanted to know if anyone else is interested? It alerts you before and after your cap is exceeded, has a stats page which lets you track your usage and it shows you current upload/download speeds.

I'm using Neoconnect prime with a 5Gb cap.
