Tracking Data Usage

I have a Telkom Mobile 10Gb + 10GB package using the Huawei B593 router. This past 2 months I've run out of data and want to check what's using it up. This months it ran out in 10 days
I'm on a Windows 7 PC and have an iPhone, iPad and Android phone that connect by wifi.
Can anyone suggest a download that can monitor my usage so i can see what's going on?

Your modem does give you very good indication, compares to Telkom usage. Just log into your modem, you can see your usage.
