Sorry, confused myself. Trackmania United Forever (as per the OP) is a free upgrade to Trackmania United, or with costs as above.

Trackmania Nations Forever is a free download.

Sorry for reviving the thread, but just a quick question:

If I buy Trackmania United and download the the free forever upgrade (900mb one) will it be the same as the new one that they going to release for retail soon ? The United Forever retail version is going to include 3D glasses that you can also use in conjunction with the game, plus Nations Forever also supports 3D glasses, don't know if any of you guys have noticed that :)
 
Does anyone know whether or not our current ranking with respect to Nations Forever will affect us in terms of qualifying for the ESWC.
Know at the last one that had the old Trackmania Nations and South Africa had a good showing.
