Traffic Patterns 2018

i contemplate using a scooter for the 7km to work but people just drive so *** i dont want to chance it.

also it was christmas so people bought cars for christmas. they deserve it man, for all their hard work. nothing to do with all the family you see over the festive season and you get maximum visibility.

I have even started to use the R82, the R59 is a cluster fahrk of note. Not even the crosses are entertaining anymore, too many of them.

Glad I do not do the Pretoria to Sandton commute anymore.

One week you will have a damn accident scene every single day messing up the commute badly, then the next week all smooth sailing.

I think this is the key here. Accidents. I do JHB<->PTA daily. It's mostly trucks. I wonder if authorities can issue a massive fine of some sort if they can prove it's just plain negligence. Every single day from Lynnwood to Rigel is a nightmare.

On that route, without fail, there is some sort of accident at Allandale.

Eastrand to Bryanston took me 2 hours this morning, I left at 6, arrived at 8:40.

You have optimism, I'll give you that.

Strange. Been leaving approx 5min later in the mornings and traffic has been better. Outside the N1 circle -> Sandton. Granted, with the rain happening this week, the traffic lights are inconsistent in their ability to keep functioning.

Afternoons are definitely worse.
