Transcend Jetram - what is compatible?

Hi.

How well do different RAM modules work together?

Currently have a Transcend Jetram 4GB stick - JM1600KLN-4G.

Want to add another 4GB and it seems like this one isn't sold any longer.

How do I find a RAM module that is compatible or does it not matter?

Any recommendations on what will work and where I can find it for cheap?

It seems typical for PC - 4GB 1.5v unbuffered DDR3-1600 dual rank.
Most of sticks will work, but it mostly depend on motherboard.
If you get another dual rank (double side) stick, it should work in dual channel with the old one.
