Transfer of data bundle from sim X to sim Y

Daft question, but is it possible to transfer data bundle/airtime from one sim to the other?

If so, how do one do it?

Hi The_Librarian, Unfortunately with Cell_C you cannot tranfer data or airtime from one sim to another... DM

I wish I could recharge a SIM using a voucher code on the Cell C website, without having to insert it in a phone.
